How Your Rewards Work
Qualifying Purchases
Rewards can be earned and redeemed on in-store and online jewelry purchases, special-order jewelry, and custom jewelry. Rewards are earned on sale case purchases.
Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on repairs, appraisals, non-jewelry items, warranties, old gold buys, charity items or donations, gift cards, tax, or shipping charges. Rewards cannot be redeemed on discounted sale case items or used as deposits for repairs, special orders, or layaways.
A Few Good Things to Know
- Rewards do not expire
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Rewards cannot be shared or combined across member accounts
- Rewards for special orders and layaways will be added to accounts upon final payment and pickup
- Rewards will not be earned on transactions that use rewards
- If a purchased item is returned, rewards will be deducted from the account
- Rewards cannot be redeemed during in-store events like the Wedding Band Event and Restyle Event, however rewards will be earned on purchases made at these events

How It Works (The Fine Print)
When you join Sparkle Rewards, benefits begin upon enrollment. No purchase is necessary to sign up. Members must provide a cell phone number and email to participate, giving Diedrich Jewelers permission to contact you about member benefits and reward updates. Diedrich Jewelers reserves the right to make changes to the Sparkle Rewards program at any time.
What purchases qualify for earning and redeeming rewards?
Members can earn and redeem rewards on in-store or online jewelry purchases, special-order jewelry, and custom jewelry. Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on repairs, appraisals, non-jewelry items, warranties, old gold buys, charity items or donations, or gift cards. Rewards are not earned on tax or shipping charges.
Can I redeem rewards on sale items?
Rewards cannot be redeemed on items that are discounted in our sale case, but rewards will be earned on sale case purchases. Rewards cannot be redeemed as deposits for repairs, special orders, or layaways.
Do my rewards expire?
No. Rewards do not expire. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I share or transfer my rewards to someone else?
Rewards can only be redeemed by the account holder. Benefits cannot be shared or combined across member accounts.
What happens to my rewards if I return a purchase?
If a purchased item is returned, the rewards earned on that transaction will be deducted from your member account.
Can I earn rewards at in-store events?
Rewards cannot be redeemed during in-store events like the Wedding Band Event and Restyle Event. However, members will earn rewards on purchases made at these events.
How does the birthday benefit work?
Members who provide their birthday month and day before the 1st day of their birthday month will receive $100 off a purchase of $350 or more, excluding tax and shipping. The offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, special events, gift cards, warranties, repairs, purchases made with trade-ins, or previous purchases. Members who provide birthday information after the 1st day of their birthday month will not receive the birthday offer until the following calendar year.
What about access to events and experiences?
